Can I receive alerts if a business's health score changes significantly?

Yes, you can monitor business health scores over time. 

Markaaz Monitoring provides monthly business and daily compliance monitoring reports in the Enterprise Portal. You must retrieve the Markaaz ID using Markaaz Match, and add that entity to a portfolio before enabling the Monitoring API.
