How do I use the Person-to-Business (P2B) name matching feature?

To use the Name Matching (P2B) feature, enter the names in the text box separated by a comma. Using name matching is not a required input for lookups. If name matches are found, the response will either be the primary contact and/or company officers' data.  

When no names are returned in the data response then it can be attributed to either of the following reasons:

• No data was found
• The potential name matches did not meet the confidence match threshold set 

If P2B is not a contracted service, then this input area will not be displayed.
