How do the five free monthly retrievals work?

Each company is granted five free repeat lookups monthly. The principal reason for offering this is for someone who either is unable or forgets to download a report when the match is initially found.

Any repeat lookup will decrease the number of free lookups. The number of free lookups resets on the 1st day of every month. Even if the free lookup value has reached zero, all functionality to lookup by Markaaz ID works as before. Once the five free repeat lookups have been used for the month, the user will be charged at their contracted rate for requests to get contracted data groups again. However, there will be no additional charges for a repeat lookup match request.
