What if I’ve contracted for a data group but it’s not in my match response?

If a company does not have information for a specific data group (i.e., no Company Hierarchy exists for the company) then the data group will have a gray alert icon and still be expandable, however, the data response will be None.

If an API call is unsuccessful for a data group, then you’ll see a Retry button that will take you to the Repeat Lookup section to pull the data again. We recommend double checking the input information every time before submitting to mitigate any matching issues.
