What should I do if I get a no match found response?

When attempting to conduct a Repeat Lookup, an invalid Markaaz ID means no match was found. This is a valid response. A 400 or 500 error response means that the match failed.  

If you’re performing a New Lookup and no match is found, check your inputs above to ensure the data is accurate and in the proper format before resubmitting for another match attempt. You will be charged at your contracted rate every time a match is attempted, however, if no match was found you will not be charged for any contracted data groups.
